Brand licensing is traditionally a fragmented, high-friction process burdened by manual documentation and siloed communication. I led the redesign of their legacy platform, transforming it into a scalable digital ecosystem. This strategic overhaul helped Negosh become one of the most relevant brand marketplaces in the planet.
The brand licensing industry was traditionally dominated by "cold calls," manual spreadsheets, and fragmented communication. Negosh needed to move from an initial concept to a robust Version 2.0 that could support different types of users like licensees, licensors and multi-brand agencies, streamlining complex legal workflows on a conversational interface, building trust with high-tier brands.
Two ways to discover brands
The homepage runs two discovery patterns side by side: a Brand Highlight carousel for top licensors, and a Featured Brands rail modeled after streaming apps, surfacing new and trending brands first.
Every brand, one clear next step
The brand details page keeps the primary CTA in view at all times, next to the data agencies need to decide fast: followers, royalty rate, minimum guarantee.
Negotiation without the inbox chaos
Deal chat, documents, and history live in one room. Licensees and licensors negotiate directly, with every file and message tied to the deal, not buried in email.
Great Minds
I helped them transform their renowned K-12 curricula into a digital tool ecosystem, pivoting through complex roadmap changes and external global shifts.
